Job summary

Amentum in Maryland is seeking an Integration Engineer to drive innovation for geolocation applications. You will join a dynamic agile team and use Linux expertise to design and deploy containerized solutions with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Ceph, integrating FOSS, COTS, and GOTS products.

You will work with developers to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to the enterprise environment. A TS/SCI security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 14 years SE experience in similar scope.
• Experience integrating FOSS or COTS products with security requirements.
• Strong Linux expertise and container/orchestration tech.

Responsibilities

• Integrate FOSS or COTS products and test new releases before deployment.
• Package deliverables and create installation and admin docs.
• Implement containerization solutions and distributed data storage.
• Design solutions with Kubernetes and integrate applications.
• Decompose requirements into user stories and implement solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and produce actionable findings.
• Provide Tier 3 support to end users as needed.
