Customer scientists develop models and simulations to enhance understanding and prediction of atmospheric, oceanic, and climate behaviors, focusing on societal relevance such as hurricane research, seasonal forecasting, and climate change. The role involves leading and maintaining the technical infrastructure, including on-site HPC environments.
US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance are mandatory. The primary location is at a customer site in Princeton, NJ. Remote candidates will be considered.
