Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation in Charleston, SC, is seeking an experienced security engineer to support Navy CND systems. You will design, secure, and administer CNDS, perform testing and evaluation, and document complex systems for DoD environments.

The role requires DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certifications, a Red Hat certification, and 10 years of relevant experience; candidates must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification required.
• Red Hat certification (RHCSA/RHCE or similar).
• 10 years of relevant experience in C5ISR/IT security.
• Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide network security design, installation, and system administration for CNDS.
• Perform product testing and evaluation for IA and network systems.
• Create in-depth technical documentation.
• Work independently and in a collaborative environment.
