Job summary

Schwan Cosmetics USA is seeking a Line Technician IV to operate and refine automated production lines. You will set up equipment, perform rapid changeovers, monitor multiple technologies, and log downtime in the system while maintaining quality standards.

You will also troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior technicians, uphold 5S and safety guidelines, and participate in Lean initiatives. Shift rotation may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in high‑volume manufacturing or packaging environments.
• Experience with machinery troubleshooting and rapid changeovers.
• Ability to read rulers and micrometers with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup, changeovers and operation across multiple technologies.
• Troubleshooting to minimize downtime and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain 5S, cGMP, and safety standards; participate in continuous improvement.
• Willingness to rotate across all three shifts when needed.
