Schwan Cosmetics USA in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Line Technician IV/Line Mechanic to troubleshoot, set up, and optimize high-speed automation across production lines. You will report to the Production Supervisor and mentor junior technicians to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

The role requires 3+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment, Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronics training, and fluency in English. Shifts rotate and experience with Lean, cGMP, and 5S is valued.

Qualifications

3+ years in a high-volume, machine-paced manufacturing environment as a line mechanic or senior technician.
Industrial Maintenance Certificate or Mechatronics Technology Certificate or equivalent hands-on experience.
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) and availability to rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

Set up, adjust process parameters, and endorse line clearances for four or more technologies (SMT, Rmatic, Deco, Packing, Liquid, etc.).
Utilize Maintenance Connection software for preventive maintenance schedules and downtime reporting.
Apply advanced mechanical troubleshooting techniques to minimize production downtime.
Train, guide, and mentor Line Technicians and Line Mechanics on safety, quality, and troubleshooting.
