Job summary

Frontier Airlines in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide shift level oversight for line maintenance at the base, coordinating with Station Operations, Flight Ops, Dispatch and Inspection to keep aircraft on schedule.

The role requires FAA Certificated Airframe and Powerplant, 10 years line maintenance experience, and 5 years supervisory experience, with strong regulatory knowledge and planning abilities.

Qualifications

• FAA Certificated Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic rating and license.
• Working knowledge of 121 Federal Aviation Regulations.
• 10 years aircraft line mechanic maintenance experience.
• 5 years supervisor aircraft line maintenance experience.
• Experience managing a Line Maintenance Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program.
• Must be able to plan, organize, and administrate workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift level oversight for all line maintenance activities at the assigned base.
• Coordinate with Station Operations, Flight Ops, Dispatch, MCC and Inspection.
• Develop plans and prioritize maintenance to return aircraft to service on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance manuals and procedures.
• Maintain timely communications with Maintenance Control and Planning.
• Manage labor schedules and KPI data.
