Job summary

Compass Group USA's Flik division is hiring immediately for a full-time Senior Cook at the Baltimore Ravens facility in Owings Mills, MD 21117. Open availability required; hours may include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations.
• Assist Food Service Director in maintaining daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
