• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Events.
• Follow complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Produce small to large batch foods using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May supervise or train production staff and assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
