Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support the Institute for Genomic Medicine’s LIMS, manage applications, and enhance service processes. You will design, test, and document system improvements, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous operations.

You will analyze business needs, gather requirements, and mentor peers while collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines in a complex IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of combined IT support experience or equivalent education.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Healthcare environment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyses business needs, defines requirements, implements systems, and manages installed applications in a complex architecture.
• Oversees planning, design and implementation for large and complex systems ensuring business requirements are met.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to team members and ensures project deadlines are met.
• Coordinates system testing, user acceptance testing and end-user training.
