Job summary

Labcorp IT is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst III to guide development of business solutions within the evolving healthcare industry. The role emphasizes requirements elicitation, complex integrations, and delivering high-performance services across the organization.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, lead vendor coordination, and ensure QA alignment while leveraging strong documentation and SDLC knowledge to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of IT Business Analyst experience in a commercial Oncology laboratory space.
• Five or more years of laboratory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation of requirements using interviews, workshops, and analyses.
• Serve as primary IT BA on medium to large complex projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to analyze usability and performance tradeoffs.
• Document business requirements in Use Case and User Story formats.
• Support Agile Scrum, Waterfall SDLC, and AIDLC methodologies.
