Job summary

Moderna is seeking a senior LabVantage LIMS expert to lead and optimize LabVantage-based solutions within the Digital Laboratory Systems organization, reporting to the Director, Digital LIMS Systems. This role drives the Quality Control digital roadmap with speed and rigor.

You will act as the senior SME for LIMS, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate LabVantage with MES, SAP, LIMS, and potentially eQMS, delivering projects on time and with high quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of LabVantage LIMS development experience.
• Functional LIMS expert with GMP/GxP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent training and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior system expert for the LIMS solution (LabVantage).
• Propose, lead and deploy small and medium-size continuous improvement projects within the Lab Systems.
• Participate and provide support for large cross functional projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal digital teams to design, develop and implement LabVantage to MES, SAP, LIMS, and potentially eQMS integrations.
• Provide LIMS application support as a level 2/3 SME, including version control, upgrades, patching and deployments.
• Help shape the strategy for an integrated digital lab systems landscape.
• Participate in the delivery of projects and initiatives in a timely and qualitative manner.
• Highlight potential risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Participate in demand management to assist business cases for new systems or changes.
