Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks an experienced Senior Manager in LIHTC Structuring Services to lead and validate complex tax credit investments. The role emphasizes accuracy of model outputs, investor-ready analyses, and collaboration across departments and external partners.

The position requires deep LIHTC expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive structuring solutions in a fast-paced environment. A Master’s degree and extensive Excel modeling are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong LIHTC and tax credit program knowledge; familiarity with state programs is a plus.
• 10+ years of advanced Excel modeling experience for tax-incentivized real estate deals.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine financial models to align with Enterprise standards and investor analyses.
• Develop specialized model schedules for tax structuring, OID, and related conventions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on deal structuring and closing schedules.
• Support Asset Management in evaluating post‑closing structural changes.
