Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for LIHTC structuring and underwriting within our LIHTC Structuring Services group. You will ensure accuracy and integrity of how Enterprise structures LIHTC investments, collaborating across departments and with external partners to tackle complex financial challenges.

The role requires deep LIHTC expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• LIHTC experience and knowledge of federal tax credit programs.
• Advanced modeling for tax-incentivized real estate deals.
• Experience across multiple departments and with external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven workflow.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine financial models to align with enterprise standards.
• Develop specialized model schedules for tax structuring conventions.
• Collaborate with investor relations for accurate financial analyses.
• Ensure consistency between project data and investor models.
• Assist with initial equity funding at closings.
• Review post-closing documentation and update models.
• Participate in tax credit adjuster calculations and reviews.
• Lead training of new analysts and underwriters.
• Coordinate with external counsel on closings and structuring.
• Support asset management on post-closing changes.
