Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Lighting Certified (LC) and/or IALD Design Member or higher.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate lighting practice documents and plans.
• Lead designers to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers from concept to completion.
• Manage Revit models to ensure accuracy across drawings and specs.
• Perform field surveys and construction administration duties as needed.
• Participate in planning, scheduling, and design phases of projects.
• Mentor team members and provide performance feedback.
