Job summary

EwingCole in Philadelphia is seeking a Lighting Designer 3 to join our Philadelphia or Wayne office. The role leads lighting system design and documentation across diverse projects, with project-level leadership.

You will mentor junior staff, participate in client presentations, and ensure design quality, schedules, and budgets. Candidates should have relevant degrees, Revit/AutoCAD proficiency and LC/IALD encouragement; hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Degree in one of the listed disciplines is required.
• LC or IALD certification is encouraged.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is expected.
• Experience at Lighting Designer 2 level is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation of lighting systems for varied projects.
• Provide project leadership, coordination, and quality control for lighting teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to client presentations and strategy.
• Support project delivery from schematic design through construction documentation.
