Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years verifiable Lift Mechanic experience at Mt. Bachelor or another ski area.
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Lift Maintenance personnel in their duties.
• Safely prepare and inspect lifts for operational use weekly and monthly.
• Troubleshoot advanced mechanical issues and perform repairs.
