Qualifications

• 3–8 years of lift maintenance experience.
• Understanding of lift systems and inspections.
• Ability to perform electrical diagnostics and welding.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in mountainous conditions and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform site-specific lift maintenance tasks including repair and electrical diagnosis.
• Repair, remove, and service lift components such as bull wheels, motors, gearboxes, and clutches.
• Conduct haul rope repairs, welding, and fabrication as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI B77 and safety standards; maintain maintenance records.
• Operate in steep terrain and variable weather; coordinate with team on tasks.
• Lead lift evacuations and safely unload passengers during incidents.
• Document tasks clearly using company systems.
