Places for People is seeking a pool lifeguard supervisor to oversee poolside operations and supervise a team of lifeguards while ensuring the safety of all users. The role includes duties as Duty Manager and requires high standards of customer service and cleanliness.

Applicants should hold the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ); a Pool Plant Operations License is a bonus. Prior supervisory experience is advantageous within a leisure centre setting.

Qualifications

• NPLQ is essential.
• Experience supervising or managing a leisure centre team is desirable.
• Must be a competent swimmer and safety conscious.
• Ability to lead a large team and respond to customer queries promptly.

Responsabilités

• Supervise customers and lifeguards while monitoring pool facilities.
• Ensure health & safety of pool users at all times and oversee building operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness; respond to queries promptly.
• Be prepared for Duty Manager cover and undertake required training.
