Qualifications

• Meet minimum age requirements for lifeguards (typically 15–16+).
• Physically able to perform rescues and assist distressed individuals.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies and provide first aid.
• Inspect pool facilities and report safety concerns.
