Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking Lifeguards to ensure safe, clean, and welcoming facilities across our centres. You will deliver excellent customer service and support a variety of aquatic programs.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. Successful candidates will hold NPLQ or equivalent, pass a swim test, and undergo an Enhanced DBS check. We welcome applicants from all ages and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent is required.
• Competent swimmer; swim test may be part of interview.
• Enhanced DBS check will be carried out.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, clean and safe facilities and high levels of customer service.
• Relate to customers of all ages and abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
• Work flexibly on a rota basis across 7 days to meet staffing needs.
