Qualifications

• Must be at least 15-16 years old per local lifeguard laws.
• Physical ability to perform rescues and assist distressed individuals.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe swimming environment.
