Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle programs across our network of veterinary hospitals. You will own strategy, segmentation, and automated journeys across email, SMS, and other channels, driving client engagement and growth.

You will partner with Data Analytics and Creative to build scalable, personalized campaigns, while maintaining best practices in deliverability and consent management.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, customer engagement or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Adobe, or similar platforms.
• Experience building lifecycle programs that improve retention, repeat visits or customer lifetime value.
• Strong segmentation, personalization, audience management, and behavioral targeting.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability, consent management, list hygiene, and sender reputation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
• Familiarity with multi-location, healthcare or veterinary services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy across key stages of the client journey, including onboarding, engagement, retention, repeat visits, service adoption, reactivation, and win-back.
• Build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and automated journeys across email, SMS, and other owned channels.
• Partner with Creative to develop and evolve best-in-class email templates and HTML deployments.
• Lead testing and measurement with hypotheses and clear measurement plans.
• Track lifecycle performance across engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, and other outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to understand impact and opportunities for optimization.
• Maintain best practices for consent, deliverability, and list hygiene.
