Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to lead lifecycle marketing across our growing network of veterinary hospitals. You will own lifecycle strategy and execution across email, SMS, and other owned channels, building programs that reach clients at meaningful moments.

The role is data‑driven and hands‑on, partnering with Creative and Data Analytics to develop segmentation, automation, testing, and measurement.

Qualifications

• Require proven experience building lifecycle programs that improve retention.
• Strong understanding of segmentation and personalization.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and trigger-based journeys.
• Comfortable working across email, SMS, and other owned channels.
• Ability to measure impact and optimize programs with data.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Build and optimize automated journeys across channels including email and SMS.
• Partner with Creative for templates; own HTML development and QA.
• Perform A/B tests and translate results into action.
• Collaborate with Analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
