Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences invites a Senior Manager to plan and execute changes affecting THV and TMTT portfolios. You will partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering to assess risks and ensure timely implementation of initiatives that sustain uninterrupted supply while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, program management experience, and a proven track record of delivering complex medical device changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years in medical device manufacturing.
• Experience in Supply Chain including suppliers, manufacturing and distribution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programs to ensure global continuity of quality supply for commercial products.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Quality and Regulatory to align objectives and activities.
• Provide analyses and guidance to project teams to execute initiatives and manage risk.
