Job summary

Softline Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to own the visual execution of our Lifecycle and CRM workstream, reporting to the Associate Creative Director as the lead IC responsible for architecting the customer journey through high-converting email and SMS experiences.

You will push mobile-first, data-driven design with rigorous testing, using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo and ESPs to boost opens, CTRs and revenue for top brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design experience focusing on CRM, Email, and Lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Execution: Design end-to-end CRM journeys, including complex automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Re-engagement) and high-volume broadcast campaigns.
• Conversion-Centric Design: Prioritize click-through rates and conversions over aesthetic fluff. You’ll use data from the CRM team to iterate on layouts, CTA placements, and messaging.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Work within a rigorous testing framework to design variants for subject lines, hero imagery, and layout structures to build a documented "playbook" of what works for each brand.
• Technical Excellence: Build with an expert understanding of email rendering, dark mode optimization, accessibility, and the specific constraints of enterprise-level ESPs.
• Agile Production: Utilize Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and agile tools like Canva to maintain a high-velocity output without sacrificing quality.
• AI Integration: Leverage Generative AI (Firefly, Gemini, and node-based AI) to personalize content at scale, enhance imagery, and accelerate production workflows.
