Job summary

Visa Creative Studio seeks a Senior Lifecycle Copywriter to craft customer-first communications across email, CRM, landing pages and digital journeys. You will translate briefs into clear, action‑oriented messaging for segmented audiences and lifecycle stages, while partnering with strategists, designers, lawyers and analytics to ensure brand, compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of lifecycle marketing writing experience.
• Experience with lifecycle, CRM, email, or UX marketing copy.
• Portfolio of short-form, digital and customer-focused writing.
• Proficient in using AI writing tools in the workflow.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with strong copy craft across briefs and programs.

• Develop subject lines, preheaders, headlines and body copy for tests.
