Job summary

ProCleared LLC seeks an expert in supply chain risk management to lead a DoW/IC-aligned SCRM program within NGA acquisition processes. You will develop metrics, train teams, and implement governance to mitigate risks across the lifecycle.

Required: TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in SCRM/SCM/logistics, and a Master’s degree. This role emphasizes collaboration with industry, training design, and process modernization.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master’s, compliant with GSA standards.
• Demonstrated experience in SCRM, SCM, or logistics.
• Advanced ability to create, implement, and analyze SCRM metrics, data collection methodologies and data validation.
• Advanced ability to apply DoW and IC guidance to identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Experience developing online training, training plans and communications strategies.
• Master’s or above in SCRM or equivalent education/work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust SCRM program aligned with DoW and IC policies.
• Engage with industry to develop process improvement solutions and disseminate best practices.
• Compare NGA SCRM benchmarks with similar organizations to derive lessons learned.
• Develop and implement strategic performance measures and data methodologies.
• Communicate SCRM changes to key audiences to gain buy-in and raise engagement.
• Review and automate governance processes for NGA’s acquisition lifecycle.
