Job summary

Technical Assent is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Consultant to support the Department of War's SCRM Integration Center, accelerating adoption of best practices and coordinating enterprise-wide risk information. You will analyze requirements, develop risk controls, and coordinate with stakeholders across the Department to deliver actionable, data-driven insights for senior DoD leaders.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply technical expertise across logistical disciplines to analyze requirements.
• Experience writing, revising, and coordinating policy documents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Department of War-level policy related to supply chain risk management, including new DoW Instructions, Directives, Manuals, and other forms of guidance.
• Analyze DoW authorities and applicable legislation to support SCRM policy space.
• Support enterprise SCRM planning and execution; develop POAMs and timelines for activities.
• Integrate risk controls into supply chain and materiel management processes; track implementation progress.
• Conduct research and analysis; provide recommendations to Government lead.
• Prepare decision-quality written and presentation products; summaries and briefings.
• Contribute to annual SCRM reporting and governance documentation; support committees and boards.
• Assist oversight and audit activities and prepare materials for governance bodies.
