Responsibilities

Serve as a senior underwriting consultant on complex and impaired-risk cases.
Evaluate risk factors and develop case-specific strategies for carrier placement and client outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with advisors, carrier teams, and internal stakeholders to support growth.
Guide cases through underwriting by coordinating evidence collection and communications.
Advocate for favorable outcomes through carrier negotiations and strategic case positioning.
Contribute to industry education and best-practice development.
