Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Life Support Maintenance Manager III / U/W Combat Dive Technologies System Manager III to lead maintenance and training for combat diving systems and ROVs at JEB Little Creek–Fort Story, VA. SECRET clearance required; extensive travel and program management experience preferred.

The role emphasizes weapons and dive tech oversight, inventory control, and coordination with NSW and WARCOM for operational readiness and future tech integration.

Qualifications

• Navy Dive School certification (NEC 5342 / M1DV or higher).
• Minimum five years as a certified diver (5342 / M1DV or USCG OPSDC).
• Maintenance/3M qualifications: 3M Maintenance, 3M QA Craftsman, 3M Work Center Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of combat diving systems, ROVs, and related equipment.
• Develop curricula and deliver end-user training for diving propulsion, navigation, comms, SHIELD SCBA, and ROVs.
• Manage inventory, records, and supply programs for NSWG-2 LOGSUPPU and WARCOM.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and WARCOM leadership on system upgrades.
• Travel domestically and overseas to train NSW personnel and attend related engagements.
• Prepare written reports on deficiencies, alterations, and recommendations for technology integration.
