Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an experienced Life Support Maintenance Manager III / U/W Combat Dive Technologies System Manager III to lead maintenance and training for combat diving systems and ROVs at the JEB Little Creek – Fort Story, VA site.

The role requires Navy Dive School certification (5342 / M1DV) or USCG OPSDC, and a minimum of five years NSW experience, with management of maintenance programs and training curricula. Extensive travel to CONUS/OCONUS is expected.

Qualifications

• Certified Navy Dive School 5342/M1DV or USCG OPSDC.
• Minimum 5 years NSW dive experience.
• Qualified in 3M Maintenance, 3M QA, and 3M Work Center Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain combat diving systems, ROVs, and related equipment to NSW standards.
• Develop curricula for end-user training on propulsion, navigation, comms, SHIELD SCBA, and ROVs.
• Provide technical advice and support to engineers and WARCOM leadership on system functionality and testing.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report deficiencies promptly.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS to train NSW personnel and participate in conferences.
