Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred or in progress.
• Minimum one year experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Three years experience may substitute for Bachelor's degree.
• Registered Behavior Technician preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups to foster personal, social, vocational and independent growth.
• Assist members with daily activity schedules.
• Develop relationships with community organizations to support community inclusion.
• Drive up to a 15-passenger van as needed.
• Document members' progress toward ISP goals per guidelines.
• Ensure safety during community activities.
• Provide supervision and participate in supervisor meetings.
