Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred or in progress.
Minimum one year experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Three years experience may substitute for Bachelor's degree.
Registered Behavior Technician preferred.
Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Lead groups to foster personal, social, vocational and independent growth.
Assist members with daily activity schedules.
Develop relationships with community organizations to support community inclusion.
Drive up to a 15-passenger van as needed.
Document members' progress toward ISP goals per guidelines.
Ensure safety during community activities.
Provide supervision and participate in supervisor meetings.
