Lumanity in Boston is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our Asset & Organizational Strategy Consulting leadership team. You will provide strategic leadership across client engagements while helping grow our business, develop our people, and shape the future of our practice.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders in life sciences, you will lead complex engagements, mentor high-performing teams, and expand client relationships to drive revenue growth and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PhD/PharmD/MD preferred.
• 15+ years of consulting and/or life sciences experience, with leadership responsibility.
• Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical R&D, commercialization, and product lifecycle.
• Proven success leading complex strategic engagements for pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Strong business development experience and revenue generation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
