Job summary

Vynamic in Boston is seeking a Senior Manager with life sciences consulting expertise to drive strategic growth and transformative outcomes for clients. You will shape strategies, manage complex programs, and cultivate relationships that align with Vynamic’s mission.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor talent, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations, build thought leadership, and expand the firm’s network across life sciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; 6+ years in life science consulting.
• Advanced degree (MS/MBA/PhD) preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of high-impact strategic solutions for clients.
• Oversee programs and risk management across multiple workstreams.
• Synthesize data to deliver data-driven executive recommendations.
