Job summary

Putnam is seeking a Senior Consultant to help lead and manage teams of Associates & Life Sciences Consultants to complete projects. You will interact with clients to understand problems and develop hypotheses, structure complex strategic and analytical work, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required is a Bachelor's; MBA or post-graduate degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of work experience with top-tier consulting firms or pharma/biotech industries.
• Strong analytic, presentation, and client-facing abilities.
• Project and people management experience with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
