Job summary

Precision Healthcare Solutions, a Precision Talent Group company, seeks a Senior Life Sciences Sales Executive to drive new business through contract staffing and staff augmentation across pharma, biotech, medical devices and healthcare.

You will build a robust pipeline, develop relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and HR, and close multi-million-dollar deals while leveraging an entrepreneurial, remote/hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or workforce solutions.
• Proven success selling contract staffing, temporary staffing, or project-based talent solutions.
• Experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics, CRO/CDMO, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, CRO/CDMO, and healthcare accounts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of contract staffing and staff augmentation opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and functional leaders to understand contractor needs.
• Negotiate bill rates, terms, and commercial agreements within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline information, forecasts, and sales reporting.
