Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience in biotech or life sciences.
• Experience recruiting for scientific, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, or corporate roles.
• Strong ability to differentiate direct hands-on experience from transferable or project-based roles.
• Experience in cell therapy, gene therapy, ATMPs, regenerative medicine preferred.
• Experience with structured interviewing, scorecards, and debrief processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Neurona, from intake to close, without relying on a coordinator.
• Partner with hiring managers to define searches, calibrate candidate profiles, and advise on strategy.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate panels, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Source and engage top talent in cell therapy, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and life sciences.
• Provide objective assessments of candidates' strengths, gaps, and level of experience.
• Build talent pipelines and manage multiple searches with independence and urgency.
