Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant to drive large-scale Planning Transformation programs within our Life Sciences practice in the United States. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, AI-enabled planning, and cross-functional collaboration across pharma, biotech, and MedTech clients.

You will work on building differentiated Planning capabilities, engage in client opportunities, and mentor junior team members while traveling up to 75% as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Integrated Planning initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Sciences industries (Biopharma, Med Tech, CDMO/CMO) or related sectors.
• Minimum of 1 year external consulting or 2 years internal consulting at Manager level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery of business and technology transformations with Planning expertise.
• Understand value levers for Planning reinvention across pharma and related sectors.
• Apply technical and industry knowledge to support client opportunities.
• Engage in project delivery, lead work products, and mentor others.
• Deliver generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate scalable planning solutions.
