Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing to design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions for regulated plant operations in the Life Sciences sector. You will connect production, quality, lab, engineering, and supply chain needs with deployable technology and own critical deliverables across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, information systems, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing experience.
• Experience with regulated environments in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Ability to produce artifacts like requirements, maps, interface specs, and test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, user needs, interfaces, data, and pain points through observations and data review.
• Document process flows, requirements, data mappings, interfaces, controls, and acceptance criteria.
• Support MES/MOM, eDHRs, batch management, and plant performance reporting capabilities.
• Trace information across MES/ERP/LIMS/QMS/SCADA and identify data gaps and dependencies.
• Develop equipment/batch hierarchies, data-quality rules, and contextual datasets.
• Collaborate on interface specs, APIs, and data movement between plant, edge, and enterprise.
• Prototype components, document design decisions, and prepare test scripts and defects.
• Support deployment readiness, training, and handover; maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with quality/validation teams on GxP data integrity and document controls.
• Contribute to analytics/AI use cases and validate outputs against workflows.
