New York Blood Center Enterprises (NYBCe) seeks a senior Principal to join NYBC Ventures in Boston, leading investments and portfolio relationships within a premier blood and biotherapeutics organization. You will own deal sourcing, diligence, structuring, and close, while guiding portfolio governance and fund strategy with autonomy.

This in-office role reports to the Managing Director of NYBC Ventures and SVP of Ventures and Business Development, and requires 7+ years in life sciences investing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years in life sciences venture capital, growth equity, or investment banking.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full investment lifecycle across NYBC Ventures' portfolio and new deal pipeline.
• Oversee diligence, market sizing, IP assessment, and investment memos.
• Manage portfolio companies with board or observer roles and milestone tracking.
• Contribute to fund strategy, deal structuring, and financial modeling.
