Novo Holdings is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Venture Investments team in its Boston office. You will originate, analyze and manage Novo Holdings’ private and public equity investments, with a focus on preclinical and clinical biotech and medtech opportunities.

The role requires a strong scientific/clinical background, rigorous due diligence, and collaboration across teams to support portfolio management and company development.

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences or MD required.
• Minimum 4 years industry experience in consulting or investing.
• Proficiency with financial statement analysis and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assess investment opportunities based on clinical unmet need and commercial potential.
• Conduct primary due diligence including literature reviews and data analysis.
• Prepare and present investment materials to guide potential investments.
