Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Sr. Strategic Insights Manager focused on life sciences data analytics and client collaboration. You will lead discovery, develop data-driven solutions, and create insights that improve client value.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in data analytics, insights generation, or strategic consulting.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with clients to deliver data-driven solutions that address business challenges.
• Strong capabilities in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with engineers and data scientists.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead collaborative initiatives, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strategic, analytical mindset and a strong understanding of the life sciences industry, including drug development, therapeutic interventions, and key stakeholders.
• Strong active listening, relationship-building, and influencing skills to support productive client partnerships.
• Familiarity with the clinical trial landscape and scientific expert engagement strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in life sciences data and client business needs.
• Apply data analysis to solve complex business challenges and strategic collaboration.
• Lead strategic discovery processes to understand client priorities and develop customized, data-driven solutions.
• Create tailored analyses, data visualizations, and insights that demonstrate value to users.
• Proactively identify project opportunities that support client success and account expansion.
• Translate client challenges into practical recommendations and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to coordinate project delivery.
• Manage projects from planning through execution with clear communication.
