Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant in its Life Sciences practice to partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. You will lead data management, deliver predictive models, and coach data engineers to accelerate client work.

You will build internal tools, automate workflows, and create data-informed stories from large datasets such as claims and EHR. The role requires SQL and Python, cloud platforms, and strong communication to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree in a quantitative field is required.
• A minimum of four years of relevant consulting or work experience with pharma/biotech clients.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and life sciences data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve predictive models for outcomes and forecasting using ML methods.
• Conduct advanced analytics on large datasets including claims and EHR.
• Build internal tools and automate workflows to speed delivery.
