Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Life Sciences practice. You will partner with clients to deliver product planning, pricing, reimbursement, product commercialization, and regulatory/compliance solutions.

The role emphasizes data management, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics across large health datasets. As a Senior Consultant you will develop analytics, coach engineers, and build tools to accelerate delivery timelines while collaborating with teams across the US.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of consulting or related experience with pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry including drug development and launch.
• Proven ability to analyze complex information and communicate results clearly to senior management.
• Experience performing Data Analytics on large health datasets and familiarity with modern datasets and analytics environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management and technical delivery for client projects.
• Develop and improve predictive models for outcomes, efficacy proxies, and forecasting using statistical and ML methods.
• Coach data engineers and build internal tools to accelerate delivery timelines and improve productivity.
