Job summary

Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice seeks a Senior Consultant to partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic clients in delivering product planning, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory solutions. You will lead data management, technical delivery, and coach data engineers while developing predictive models and performing analytics on large datasets.

The role emphasizes documentation, process mapping, and training stakeholders, with strong emphasis on collaboration

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a quantitative field and 4+ years of relevant consulting or pharma/biotech experience.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry, drug development and launch.
• Fluency in SQL, Python and cloud data platforms; knowledge of life sciences data.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work independently in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve predictive models for outcomes and forecasting using statistical and ML methods.
• Conduct advanced analytics on large datasets (claims, EHR, sales, payer).
• Build internal tools and automate workflows to speed delivery and uplift productivity.
• Document processes, map workflows, and train the business on analytics techniques.
