You will shape strategy, requirements, and process design, while guiding cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption.

You will also drive business development, craft proposals, and develop practitioners, promoting compliant, privacy-conscious controls in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences.
• 7+ years delivering go to market strategy operations in the Life Sciences Industry.
• 5+ years in Global delivery governance managing clients, stakeholders and vendors across multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery management with CRM platform expertise, ensuring end-to-end execution of CRM solutions across Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech clients.
• Shape business strategy, lead requirements and process design, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption.
• Drive business development activities, craft proposals, and develop practitioners while promoting leading practices in compliance, data privacy, and regulated industry controls.
