You will partner with project teams to develop budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimates, ensuring funding and contractual alignment with client policies.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Life Sciences facilities, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical facilities experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities with cost modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost management for multiple real estate projects.
• Develop budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating and planning.
• Coordinate with project teams to source and oversee pre-bid services and cost plans.
• Ensure funding aligns with client policies and contract requirements.
• Review bid responses and advise on contingencies and reserves.
• Align cost plans with master schedules and cash flow, reporting progress.
• Apply advanced methods to improve department objectives and mentor others.
