Job summary

CBRE seeks a Project Manager to provide consulting services for an assigned market or client account, guiding projects from initiation to completion. The role is focused on life science construction and is hybrid, requiring on-site work at least three days per week.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients on scope, budget, milestones, and risk, and ensure governance, data accuracy, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong numerical ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with clients on scope, budget, milestones, and risk; prepare required documents.
• Define delivery resources via qualification process, conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Ensure project governance and data integrity across all documentation.
• Mentor the project delivery team and model CBRE RISE values.
