Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager for Life Sciences to own content strategy, creation, and performance across digital, web, social, sales, and events.

You will translate highly technical material into clear, credible content for pharma, biotech, clinical research, and digital health audiences; report to the VP of Sales & Marketing; collaborate with Science, Commercial, Product and Leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearable sensors, or related regulated environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced working knowledge of WordPress and managing website content.
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, CRM-connected marketing, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid campaigns.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.
• Experience in CRO or life sciences services company, pharma, biotech, or clinical tech.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated content strategy aligned with commercial priorities and audience journeys.
• Create, edit and manage high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, website copy, email content, brochures).
• Oversee day-to-day VivoSense website content in WordPress and coordinate with external resources as needed.
• Create polished visual assets for campaigns and digital materials; work with Adobe CC and AI tools.
• Lead LinkedIn organic strategy and paid campaigns; plan and execute conference collateral and promotions.
• Develop campaign plans and collateral for conferences/trade shows; represent VivoSense at events.
• Collaborate with Science, Commercial, Product and Leadership to translate technical subject matter into credible content.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, resource-conscious environment.
