Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. seeks a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own strategy, creation, production, and performance of content across digital, web, social, and events. You will translate highly technical health tech topics for pharma, biotech, clinical research, and digital health audiences.

The role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and requires strong scientific curiosity, independent work style, and a track record in B2B content marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearables, or regulated research environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced WordPress knowledge and experience managing website content.
• Experience using HubSpot for email, landing pages, CRM-connected marketing and reporting.
• Hands-on LinkedIn organic content creation and paid advertising campaigns.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.
• Experience in a CRO, life sciences services, pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical tech company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own an integrated content strategy aligned with commercial priorities and customer journeys.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and sales collateral.
• Oversee website content on WordPress; coordinate with external resources for deeper development needs.
• Produce polished visual assets for campaigns, ads, and conference materials using Adobe CC.
• Execute and optimize LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns; report on performance.
• Plan campaigns for conferences, trade shows, and events; represent VivoSense at events.
• Work independently in a remote, resource-conscious environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
